We can help you prepare the appropriate order form. When booked this goes into our computerized planning system after which the customer receives confirmation. The order is then assigned a unique number to which the customer can refer the requests and changes.   • If you cancel later than 24 hours prior to departure we invoice 100%
  • If you cancel later than 48 hours prior to departure we invoice 50%
